For viewing the PDF file please make these changes in your Acrobat Reader:

If you Use Acrobat 4.0
1. Select File > Preferences > General
2. Uncheck "Allow Background Downloading "

If you Use Acrobat Reader 5
1. Open the Acrobat Reader on your local PC.
2. Click on Edit and select Preferences.
3. Select Options from the from the left hand column.
4. Click to uncheck the box next to Disable the entry: "Allow fast web view"
5. Save the changes and reopen the web browser

If you are using Acrobat Reader 6
1. Open the Acrobat Reader on your local PC.
2. Click Edit and select Preferences.
3. Select "Internet" in the table on the left.
4. Uncheck "Allow Fast Web View."
5. Save the changes and reopen the web browser
